Всемирное антидопинговое агентство (ВАДА)
Международная организация, учрежденная 10 ноября 1999 г. в Лозанне. Миссия Всемирного антидопингового агентства состоит в совершенствовании, координации и международном контроле над осуществлением мер борьбы против всех форм допинга в спорте. В сотрудничестве с межправительственными, общественными и частными организациями и органами государственной власти ВАДА ведет активную борьбу против применения допинга. Уставом ВАДА предусмотрено равное представительство Олимпийского движения и органов государственной власти. В 2001 году большинством голосов было принято решение о переводе штаб-квартиры ВАДА в Монреаль.

World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA)
International organization established on November 10, 1999 in Lausanne. Mission of the World Anti-Doping Agency is to promote, coordinate and monitor at international level the fight against doping in sport in all forms. WADA cooperates with intergovernmental organizations, governments, public authorities and other public and private bodies fighting against doping in sport. WADA is structured on the basis of equal representation of the Olympic Movement and public authorities. In 2001, WADA voted to move its headquarters to Montreal.

Всемирный антидопинговый кодекс
Основополагающий, всеобъемлющий документ, определяющий принципы борьбы против допинга в спорте. Кодекс ориентирован на расширение усилий и всемирное согласование основных компонентов борьбы против применения допинга. Документ был принят на сессии МОК в июле 2003 года и является обязательным для всего Олимпийского движения. (См. Правило 44 Олимпийской хартии)

World Anti-Doping Code
Fundamental and universal document upon which the fight against doping in sport is based. The purpose of the Code is to advance the anti-doping effort through universal harmonization of core anti-doping elements. The Code was adopted by the IOC at the session in July 2003 and is obligatory for the whole Olympic Movement. (See Olympic Charter Rule 44)
